Vacation, as we are calling it, started yesterday. Yet, we are still at home. Due to many circumstances, including insane gas prices, we are vacationing at home this year. Bryan took a few days off, we're having some fun in the big "O" and enjoying some family time together. It's nice vacationing and getting to sleep in your own bed!We went to the zoo yesterday. Bryan and I were pretty much "zooed" out, but having a fresh set of eyes with us restored our enthusiasm. We had a pretty nice day, despite the humidity. Jack enjoyed the animals that he could get really close to. He even got to pet a goat! Bryan took some really good pictures. So if you want to see more from our trip, check them out here.

You guys love animals! We have been vacationing at home for several years, because we are POOR.
I think they're called "staycations" and it is pretty nice when you dont' have to pack/unpack stuff all the time. Plus, it puts you in the mindset to explore you own city.
