(I couldn't post this until now, just in case someone read this and found out what they were getting for Christmas).
The older I get the more I find that giving gifts is more fulfilling than getting them. I was way more excited for some of the gifts to be opened than opening my own.
The top picture was a craft that Jack and I made together for the grandparents. Each set of grandparents got the colored mittens with his handprints in an 8x10 black frame. The idea is to give them a new handprint picture for each season later on. Hopefully I remember to finish the job!
I was also very excited for this gift - my sister's wedding scrapbook. I spent 11 hours one day in November making it while she babysat Jack. She had no idea that I was making it for her! I loved how it turned out.
