For his 9th birthday, Jack decided he wanted to have a sleepover instead of a big friends party. We started small and he got to invite two friends for the sleepover. They had quite a time! They played (ran all over the house), had some video game sessions, and stayed up late watching "Back to the Future." They had a blast!
The next day was Jack's actual birthday, so after some yummy donuts for breakfast, his friends headed home and it was time for family fun. Jack wanted a Star Wars party with wiffleball. It was a beautiful day for a family wiffleball game and Jack even hit a home run!
We had a Star Wars themed BBQ with Hans Burgers and Hoth Dogs (and other fun foods)! Of course, Jack also had a Star Wars cake.
More birthday fun... Jack's Papa and Nana gave him balloons filled with money, so some balloon popping added to the fun!
And the ultimate birthday gift... Jack spent his birthday money on a huge Lego camper set! He was beyond the moon!
