This quote and the one in the title just about sum up the awesome time my friends, Christy, Laura and I had when Laura came to visit in June. Laura, whom I taught with, now lives in Kentucky. We only get to see each other about once a year. We keep in touch in between visits, of course, but nothing replaces getting to spent time with your friends! During the few days Laura was in Nebraska, we got to have some kid time at Christy's house, which was awesome summer time fun. The three girls who are in most of the pictures are all just months apart and are quite entertaining together!
The other {even more} amazing part of Laura's visit was when Christy and I were able to sneak her away from her kids and take her on a night on the town! Christy's husband was awesome and took care of all her kids plus his own for the night. We went out to dinner, walked around downtown Lincoln, and enjoyed more drinks together later on. There is absolutely no substitute for good friends and this night out proved it! Love you, ladies!
