The Luckiest

Some days I feel like the luckiest mama in the world. I have two beautiful children that are happy and healthy. And to top it off, Jack loves on his little sister all the time. It makes my heart swell!  He loves to read to her, help take care of her, and some days he'll stop playing to just talk to her. 

Tonight during supper, I was holding Maddie and rocking her to get her to go to sleep.  Jack very quietly started singing a song to the tune of "Rain, rain, go away."  It went like this:  "Mad-die, go to sleep.  Wake up another day."  He told us that he was trying to sing her to sleep.  I love that boy!
