We have had quite the weekend here. Apparently when it rains, it pours. I'll try to summarize:
- Bryan's bike broke on Saturday, so I had to go pick him up. Not a huge deal, but it always costs money to fix it.
- Bryan's bike broke AGAIN on Sunday. MORE money to fix it.
- Bryan broke his finger riding his other bike a few hours later.
- Jack's daycare was closed today due to a provider's child having RSV.
- Because Bryan's finger is broken and he had to go to the doctor, I took the day off and stayed home with Jack.
- Jack, who has had a cold for a few days, was getting sicker. So after hearing that three kids have RSV from daycare, I called our doctor.
- After a trip to the doctor, we found out that Jack has RSV. So we're doing breathing treatments along with antibiotics for a slight ear infection.
- Because of his fever, Jack can't go to daycare tomorrow. Bryan's going to attempt to take care of him with a broken finger and very sore hand/wrist.
- And because of said finger/wrist, I'm taking on many more duties... Cooking being my least favorite.
Although all of this has been quite stressful today, I'm REALLY, REALLY trying to keep a positive perspective on things.
I almost cried when I read this. With broken bones and infections, I love my husband and baby so much! I can't even imagine what this family is going through. I am thankful for these stresses in my life.

I hope you are all feeling better soon!
I cried when I read about that family too. My heart aches for them. It all happened so quickly and is so sad.
Thanks for putting the daily stresses in perspective...it's a good reminder for us all.
OMG, that story was so sad.
Goodness sweetie...that's a lot on your plate. We'll be praying for a quick recovery for both Jack and Bryan.
My heart aches for that family.
All our love!
