BEFOREJack's hair was starting to get a little out of control, so I took him to get it cut this weekend. It was by far, the BEST haircut experience I've had with him. The first time I got his haircut, it took me a long time to adjust to it. He was 11 months old and he looked like such a big boy with his baby hair cut off.
The second time wasn't bad, since it was with my stylist. Then I did this. Big, big mistake. I definitely learned my lesson. So as another haircut approached, I was stressing about what to do. Do I pay a lot and have my stylist do the job so that it looks nice? What if he screams and cries while all the other people are trying to relax and enjoy their Saturday morning?
I finally decided to take him here. Although it was just as expensive as taking him to my stylist, it was a great experience. The place is designed for kids, so if he cried, no big deal! He's had stranger anxiety lately, so he didn't like it at first, but after the Wiggles were on TV, he was okay.
And he looks great! Don't you think?

My eyes are horrible, so I would never give someone else an eye test. ;) Just trying something different with the captions. Maybe a little TOO small...

Yes, definitely worth taking the little ones to Ponytails and Buzzcuts. That's where I've always taken Rye. $18 for a haircut? Eh, worth it.
