21 months!

Love that smile! - Your stink eye face. - Such a big girl going down the slide by yourself! - Riding in the car cart at the grocery store.  One of your favorite things to do!

Oh, baby girl... You are closer to two than you are one!  It feels like you have grown so much since your 18-month post!  You are talking in mini-sentences like, "I need help!" "Pwetty siwwy (pretty silly)" and "Dats funny!"  I love that you still say "Me more" when you want more of something!  You love to entertain us with silly faces and giggles.  Just today, you said to Papa, "Watch dis!" and then proceeded to give him your infamous stink-eye.  Everyone at the table was rolling with laughter!

You are working on your colors and have pink pretty much figured out.  Other than that, you call everything else blue.  You had a string of counting for awhile, although you've taken a break from it lately.  You're a pretty friendly little girl and like to say hello to just about anyone who'll listen!  Your independence is shining too... you like to go up and down steps and down the slide all by yourself, even when Mommy's heart is jumping from watching you!  You also LOVE being with your brother and doing whatever he is doing.  This is probably the reason you like to do so many "big kid" things!  You also currently have a big love for chickens.  You saw some at the library on farm animal day and now they are your favorite!
