We are so ready for Spring around here! I had Spring break about a week ago and it seemed to be just a break with very little Spring. I won't complain too much since I got to spend quality time with my two favorite little people. Unfortunately, we didn't get to do a lot of outdoor activities... The one day it was nice, there were a bunch of things going on, so we only got a little outside time. I did manage to clean my car inside and out though!
We got a new paint set by Crayola, which is awesome for little kid painting! Super bright paints, but all washable. Thank you, 40% off coupon! This was one of our cold weather activities.
Jack REALLY needs the weather to warm up soon! He's been a squirrel in a cage lately. We did a "science experiment" with colored vinegar and baking soda. He loved it! At the end of my break, I asked him what was his favorite part of the week and he said this. So fun watching him get excited about learning anything!
Now after all this complaining about cold weather, I hope I haven't jinxed myself! It is supposed to be super warm this weekend. We are looking forward to it! And I am very much looking forward to more time with these two goofballs!

Spring break already? I thought that was an April thing. Well, I am glad you got to spend more time with the kiddos, even if it was too cold.
It is supposed to be like 60 degrees on Easter. I am so flipping excited, because it was just snowing on Monday.
spring break without the spring is kinda unfair isn't it? back home in ks they had another big snow storm come through - they want a do over!!
